3 Easy Choices!

Hosted	All drinks are paid for by the person or company hosting the party. Guests order whatever they want and do not pay. At the end of the evening, a 15% gratuity is added to the liquor bill, and the entire amount is added to the food portion to be paid for by the host.

No Host	All drinks are paid for when ordered, by the person ordering the drink. When a drink is served, the server requests payment immediately, and has the ability to make change for the purchase. No gratuity is added, but is at the option of the purchaser

Ticketed	We provide you with customized drink tickets for you to pass out to your guests. This provides you with the opportunity to "be the good guy" by buying a drink or two but letting your guests know you will not pay for them to over-indulge. A 15% gratuity is added to the liquor amount, then added to the food portion to be paid for by the host.

By law we are not allowed to serve any patron who is "obviously intoxicated" We hope you will cooperate with us should we deem it necessary to cut off service to a member of your group.
